• Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

• In case a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to arrange either a replacement or a full refund.

2. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery time depends on your location (usually 3 to 6 business days).

• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, or external factors beyond our control.

3. Returns and Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 3 days of receiving the product.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Items on sale or discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team first for approval.
